28 day Mediterranean Challenge

I have created a 28 day challenge based around the Mediterranean Diet. 

As defined by the Mayo Clinic, the Mediterranean diet emphasizes: Eating primarily plant-based foods, such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes and nuts. Replacing butter with healthy fats such as olive oil and canola oil. Using herbs and spices instead of salt to flavor foods.

Between April 1st and April 28th this challenge will include;

  • A free app with over 70 recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. 

  • The ability to track everything from food, to movement, to time you spend meditating, with just a tap, which means it is not labor or time intensive.

  • A private Facebook group for all the participants so you not only get my support and accountability, but also the support and accountability of a group. 

  •  2 Facebook lives events on April 8th (Foods That Give You Energy) and 20th (Honoring Your Hunger and Fullness). If you can't make it live the video will be there for you to watch at your leisure.

  • Plus a one on one 60 min call with me to discuss your own personal goals and challenges (a $250 value.) 

The whole program only cost $197

 

I will be rolling out the app on March 27th so the earlier you sign up the more time you have to see the shopping lists and recipes and get to play with the app before the challenge starts.
